President Museveni set to launch the 2021 – 2026 NRM Manifesto

The National Resistance Movement, NRM Presidential candidate Yoweri Museveni Tibuhaburwa Kaguta will this afternoon launch the party’s 2021 – 2026 Manifesto.

The launch will take place at Speke Resort Munyonyo at 2PM.

Mr. Museveni was dully nominated at 10:38 am on Monday morning at the Kyambogo cricket grounds by the EC chairperson Justice Byabakama Mugenyi.

Museveni was accompanied by the first lady Janet Museveni, Vice President Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi, Prime Minister Rt. Hon. Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda, NRM SG Kasule Lumumba among other people.

Upon nomination, the president thanked all his supporters, but called on Ugandans to observe COVID-19 guidelines set by the health ministry during the campaigns.

The NRM campaign for 2021 will run under the slogan “Securing Your Future”.
