PDM Focal person collapses, dies during budget conference- Bukwo district

The police of Bukwo are investigating the sudden death of Ndinyo Alija Masika the Agricultural Assistant for Bukwo Town Council and focal person parish development model (PDM).

Alija collapsed at the district headquarters and was rushed to Bukwo hospital where he died later.

According to Fredmark Chesang the police spokesperson for Sipi region, it is alleged that on Wednesday 9th/11/2022 at about 1 pm while at Bukwo local Government District headquarters having a Budget conference, the deceased was preparing to make a presentation but he suddenly collapsed.

“He was rushed to Bukwo hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly. The deceased’s body has been handed over to the police surgeon in Mbale for postmortem and inquiries are ongoing,” says Chesang.
