UNEB moves services online following Presidential directives on COPVID-19 Pandemic

Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has suspended services that require interaction with the public, until July 18, 2021. This follows the President’ s address to the nation outlining preventive measures against the 2nd wave of COVID19.

According to Daniel Odongo the UNEB Executive Secretary, the Board will only render services offered online, specifically, the provision of Letters of Verification of Results (LVRs), which is initiated virtually via https://es.uneb.ac.ug; https://eservices.uneb.ac.ug/es/lvr. Clients who had already submitted their requests for any other service will also be served accordingly.

The mode of operation until July 18, 2021 will be as follows;

Application for Letters of Verification of Results: All applications should be done online with either an internet supported smart phone or a computer using any of the following links; https://es.uneb.ac.ug; https://eservices.uneb.ac.ug(es/lvr.

The applicants should submit/ upload an introduction letter from their former school, a valid Identity card of the applicant, and a police letter, in case of a lost or damaged slip/certificate. A payment code will then be provided which the applicant can use to pay either via mobile money or through the bank. Clients are urged to ensure that they avail an operational telephone number on the application form where a response message and further guidance will be sent.

Equating of academic documents: This has been suspended until July 18, 2021. Clients who had already applied and were given specific dates for collecting their documents will however be handled.

Collection of documents: ONLY clients who have been notified to come and collect their documents should do so from the UNEB- Ntinda, Annex Offices, just next to the Main Office. These should fully observe the SOPS.

Delivery of documents and reports: Documents that must be physically delivered to our offices will be deposited at any of our security points at the entrance. Those that can be emailed should be sent to the e-mail addresses of the relevant officers or to any of the following email addresses; uneb@uneb.ac.u or info@uneb.ac.ug

Odongo says UNEB cares for everyone’s personal health and safety and is committed to following the SOPs for curbing the further spread of the corona virus, as guided by His Excellency the President of Uganda.
