Police hunt for assailants who murdered security guard on duty

The Police at Wakisi division in Njeru division is hunting for unknown assailants who attacked and killed Bogere Abudallah Aziz a private security guard.

The incident happened at Buloba parking yard on Monday 23/05/2022 while the guard was on duty in the wee hours.

According to Asp Butoto Hellen the PRO Sezibwa Region, the assailants also stole a motorcycle Reg no UAP 925U a Bajaj boxer.                                       

The police have conveyed the body to Jinja Regional Referral Mortuary for postmortem. They also recovered a hand hoe from the scene which is suspected to have been used in the murder as investigations into the matter are ongoing.
