The Alliance for National Transformation Party is conducting subregional post-election review meetings as a commitment to drawing lessons from the previous election and collectively charting a way forward for the Party.
The meetings which started on Tuesday 6th, April have seen the party president Gen. Mugisha Muntu head the party leadership for meetings in Kampala, Wakiso and Busoga so far.
The meetings are being attended by candidates that offered themselves on the ANT ticket in the previous election. The Kampala and Wakiso meeting was held on 6th at Nsambya Sharing Hall.
On Thursday, the team went to Busoga and the meeting was held at Mother Kevina Hall in Iganga.
“ANT fielded many candidates in Busoga and registered successes in Bugweri, Kamuli and Namayingo districts with a notable one being the Mayor elect of Busembatia Town Council in Bugweri” the Party says.
