The deceased has been identified as Bunjo Charles, a 54-year-old driver. The suspect, Ramande Regina, a 38-year-old housewife, also resides at the same address.
According to ASP Twiineamazima Sam, the PRO for the Savannah Region, preliminary investigations indicate that the deceased had been experiencing domestic violence from the suspect after discovering her affair with another man, identified as Kyalufenge Emma.

Upon returning home, the deceased found the suspect singing provocative songs. When he questioned her, the two began fighting, during which the suspect reportedly struck him in the lower abdomen with a stone.
The first wife, Nakiguli, advised the deceased to seek help at their neighbor Serunga Patrick’s home. Upon arrival, the deceased requested a mattress to lie on, but he succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
Police officers responded to the scene after receiving the information. The scene was documented by the SOCO and homicide squad from Luwero CPS. A case of murder was registered, relevant statements were recorded from witnesses, and the suspect was arrested.
