Christians urged to work harder instead of waiting for miracles- Photos

Christians have been urged to work hard especially and not sit and pray for miracle wealth.

“Work so that you represent God better. Let your light shine before men so that they see your good deeds and praise your Father in Heaven.”

The call was made by President Yoweri Museveni while attending the ‘Light Up Luwero for Jesus Mission Crusade’ organized by the first daughter Pastor Patience Rwabwogo and the Covenant Nations Church over the weekend.

During the prayer ceremony, the President thanked his daughter Patience for taking him to Luwero.

“I thank my daughter Patience for bringing me here where I had to put landmines for Obote people but this time, I have come in peace,” said the president.

He further prayed for a fresh start to the relationship between the government and the people of Luwero. Mr Museveni added that his government sent some leaders to the people of Luwero who didn’t help much while they also elected leaders who were not helpful. “But today, we are starting afresh.”
