28-Year-Old Boda Boda Rider Murdered in Nakaseke; Motorcycle Stolen

Police in Nakaseke District are investigating the circumstances under which Juko Adam, a 28-year-old boda boda rider and resident of Kalule Village, Kalule Parish, Nyimbwa Subcounty in Luwero District, was killed.

It is alleged that on Wednesday, 11th September 2024, at around 1800 hours, the deceased picked up a passenger in Kalule who was heading to Nakaseke District. However, when they reached Kyangato Village, the passenger struck him on the head with a metal object and fled with the deceased’s motorcycle, registration number UFY 267F, a red Bajaj Boxer.

According to ASP Twiineamazima Sam, the PRO Savannah Region, the deceased was found by his fellow riders, who rushed him to Bombo Hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, he was later pronounced dead, and the case was reported at Butalangu CPS.

Police registered a case of murder, visited the scene, recorded relevant statements from witnesses, and issued a post-mortem form.

Twiineamazima says investigations are underway, and the hunt for the killer is ongoing.
