Judikay and Frank Edwards arrive for Rockfest event

Gospel ministers JudiKay and Frank Edwards have arrived ahead of the Rockfest today at Hockey Grounds Lugogo.

The duo was the last group of headlining artists after Ada Ehi and Dj Horphuray who flew into the country earlier this week.

Immediately after touching down, JudiKay said Uganda has always been like home to her and she can’t wait to perform for her fans in Uganda.

The artists will be joining Uganda’s very own John Marie, Jah Lead Music and Gabie Ntaate for the maiden edition of the Rockfest.

Organized by Spirit Media, this is going to be the first-ever Rockfest event outside Nigeria and according to the proprietor Ehi Moses, Uganda was ready.

“There are many countries that wanted this event to be staged but among them, Uganda was the ready one, said Moses.

To add to that, his wife who also happens to be the lead act Ada Ehi said that this is going to be the fourth edition of the show with three previous editions held in Nigeria.

Rock Fest is a global Christian festival experience featuring music, arts, entertainment, trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences. It is a perfect atmosphere for hundreds of thousands of people together in one accord to celebrate, praise and worship God with unfettered expressions.

Gates are open and attendees are paying Shs20,000 for the ordinary and Shs 150,000 for VIP entrances.
