40 year old father wanted for defiling his three juvenile daughters

The police in Gulu City East Division are holding a 40 year old father identified as Oloya Alfred, a boda boda rider and resident of Bar Olam village, Pece Laroo in Gulu city for allegedly defiling his three daughters aged 14, 13 and 11 years.
According to David Mudong the PRO Aswa Rover Region, the incident was reported at Police by the mother of the minors identified as Ayot Irene aged 38 years of the same above address.
Ayit told officers that she decided to report the matter as soon as her children narrated to her that their father has been defiling them since May 2022.
Preliminary information obtained by the detectives indicates that between the months of May and November 2022 while at Bar Olam village, the suspect Oloya Alfred was having sexual intercourse with his three daughters without his wife’s knowledge.
Mudong says the police responded immediately and arrested the suspect and recorded statements from the victims and their mother.
The three juveniles are still pending medical examination to backup investigations.
Mudong condemned the act.
“We condemn in the strongest terms possible the actions of the suspect who had the moral obligations to protect his children from such acts but instead ended up victimizing them. The detectives are actively building up the case file and shall be forwarded to the CRSA for perusal and legal guidance. Once the file is sanctioned, the suspect shall be arraigned before courts of law to answer charges of allged aggravated defilement,” said Mudong.
