SSP Norman Musinga hands over KMP Traffic office to new Commander

The outgoing Kampala Metropolitan Traffic commander SSP Norman Musinga has handed over office to SP Nsereko Rogers Kawuma, following the recent transfers.

SSP Norman Musinga takes over the Command of Rwenzori West as RPC. The handover ceremony was held at Kampala Metropolitan Police headquarters in Kampala and was witnessed by Commander KMP SCP Tanui Steven on Tuesday evening.

Musinga has been in charge of KMP traffic since 14th November 2014.

In his remarks, Musinga thanked his colleagues at the department, and members of the community who have made it easy for him to serve, hence the successes and also the Inspector General of Police for the new deployment entrusted with him as Regional Police Commander.

The Commander KMP thanked both the outgoing and incoming Traffic commanders for the service and urged the incoming traffic commander to always put team work, supervision and consultation first during all his duties.
