General Muhoozi Wants Quick Probe Into Pastor Bugingo’s Attack

First Son General Muhoozi Kainerugaba is asking for fast investigations into the attempted murder of Pastor Alloysious Bugingo. Unknown people shot at Pastor Bugingo’s car on Tuesday night, and his bodyguard, Muhumuza Richard, was killed, while the pastor got hurt.

General Muhoozi spoke about it on Wednesday through his official platform. He insisted that the police and other authorities need to act quickly. Muhoozi talked to Bugingo, who supports the MK Movement and got a small shoulder injury in the attack.

Muhoozi is worried because this is the second attack on their supporters in the last 8 months, and no one has been caught for it. He wants a fast and thorough investigation to catch the people responsible.

He said, “Law enforcement agencies should quickly find and punish these criminals. Who are they? Are they ADF or some other secret group? We need answers.”

Muhoozi also mentioned the unsolved case of Isma Olaxess’s murder. The police are looking at CCTV footage to find the attackers who escaped on a motorcycle. The reason behind the attack is still unclear, and authorities promise to share more updates as they find out more.
