Woman cuts off husband’s penis for allegedly marrying a second wife

Police in Rukungiri is searching for a woman who cut off her husband’s penis, following a domestic quarrel.

The victim has been identified as Tugumisiriza Benon a 45-year-old businessman and resident of Bikurungu town cell, Central Ward, Bikurungu town council in Rukungiri district, while the suspect is his wife Kobusingye Milly aged 40 years.

Kobusingye accused her husband of marrying a second wife.

Elly Maate the Kigezi Regional Police spokesperson says that at around 1:00 am in the wee hours of Wednesday morning, the couple got involved in a domestic quarrel again.

However, Tugumisirize later went to sleep. But as he was sleeping, the wife cut his Penis, before going into hiding.

The victim told police that he drove up to Nyakibale hospital where he is currently receiving treatment.

Police officers visited the crime scene and picked the exhibit of a knife with bloodstains in the couple’s bedroom.
