Two fathers in trouble for defiling their own daughters as teacher impregnates 14 year old

The police in Bukedea have arrested a father for repeatedly defiling his 12-year-old child. The suspect is Emong James a resident of Kanyipa village, Bukedea district.

James separated from his wife Itinago Agnes about 7 years ago leaving their 5-year-old daughter behind.

The suspect then started defiling the child and when the clan members found out, they sat and punished him instead of handing him over to the police.

The police have now arrested Emong James and the clan members who tried to conceal and abet the crime. These include the LC1 chairman Okojorong Samuel Peter, Opolot an LC1 mobilizer who brought the parties together, the victim’s grandmother identified as Asimo Margaret and another suspect Ariko Ben.

According to Fred Enanga the police spokesperson says the suspects will all be charged in courts of law.

In a related development,

In Tororo district, Musabe Emmanuel is in custody over the aggravated defilement of his 8-year-old child.

It is alleged that Musabe found the children playing in the compound and summoned his daughter inside the house. He then defiled her and told her to go back outside to play and never mention the incident to anyone.

According to Fred Enanga, the child told her stepmother who also reported the incident to the police, prompting the arrest.

Meanwhile,

In Kyotera district, the police have in custody Mugumya Silver a 24-year-old teacher at Nile Citizens Junior School in Kalisizo, Kyotera district for repeatedly defiling a 14-year-old pupil and impregnating her.

It is alleged that Mugumya was defiling the child in his office. However, Enanga says that even during holidays, he would call her back to school and defile her.
