Two arrested over murder by stubbing following ManCity-Arsenal match Argument
The Police at Katwe are investigating the tragic murder of Kakumba Allan, 25 years a resident of Kibira A and Youth Councilor of Masajja A.
Luke Owoyesigyire the Deputy PRO KMP, the incident happened in Masajja A, Makindye Sabagabo on 28th January 2023. Kakumba was allegedly stabbed by Ssemakula Eddie while trying to mediate a fight between the suspect and his pal Abigaba David who were arguing over the loss of Arsenal to Manchester City.
He was rushed to Mulago Hospital but unfortunately succumbed to the injuries on 29th 01 2023.
The two suspects, Ssemakula Eddie and Abigaba David have been arrested and are in custody at Katwe police station as investigations continue.
Scene of Crime Officers have also recovered the alleged murder weapon a knife that has also been exhibited.
