Police Probe Aggravated Defilement of Four-Year-Old in Pallisa
Police in Pallisa District have commenced investigations into a case of aggravated defilement involving a four-year-old girl. The incident was reported to Pallisa Central Police Station on 25 November 2025.
According to Bukedi North Region PRO, ASP Kyempasa Wilfred, the child had left home to play with other children in Kalalaka B Cell when she was allegedly lured by an unidentified man into an incomplete building, where the assault occurred. Her cries for help alerted other children and nearby residents, who rushed to the scene. The suspect fled before they arrived.
Responders found the child visibly distressed, undressed, and bleeding. She was immediately taken to safety and later supported through the appropriate medical and investigative procedures.
Police officers from Pallisa CPS, together with the Scene of Crime Officer, documented the scene, and a Police Form 3A was issued to facilitate medical examination. A K9 unit was deployed, though its trail yielded no immediate leads.
Kyempasa says that they have recorded statements from witnesses and continue to pursue all viable lines of inquiry as the search for the suspect intensifies.
He urged the public to remain vigilant, support the investigation with any relevant information, and continue safeguarding children within their communities.
