Police Charge Bryan White, Four Others Over Death of 25-Year-Old Woman

The Police at Katwe on Thursday, 13th November 2025, arraigned four suspects before the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Makindye on charges of human sacrifice and manslaughter.

The suspects are Nalunga Daisy, Abaho Daphine, Nakato Naava, and Nambalirwa Joyce.

According to ASP Luke Owoyesigyire, Deputy PRO Kampala Metropolitan Police, the case stems from ongoing investigations into the death of Nalubwama Caroline, 25, who allegedly sustained severe burn injuries at the home of Kirumira Bryan alias Bryan White, in Munyonyo, Makindye Division. She was later pronounced dead at Kiruddu Hospital.

Kirumira remains under police guard as he receives medical treatment for wounds he reportedly sustained. Owoyesigyire says that the charges have also been sanctioned against him, bringing the total number of accused persons to five.

He added that investigations are still underway.
