Joint Security Forces Neutralise Three Criminals in Kasenge

Three criminals have been neutralised by joint security forces during a disruptive operation carried out on December 1, 2025, at 08:00 am in Kaboja A, Kasenge Parish, Kyengera Town Council, Wakiso District.

According to SP Racheal Kawala, the PRO Kampala Metropolitan area, preliminary reports indicate that the suspects were armed with knives, breaking tools, toy guns, and other items.

Two of the suspects died on the spot, while another succumbed to his injuries while being transported to Mulago Referral Hospital.

One of the suspects was found in possession of suspected forged documents, including a Uganda Police warrant card (No. 38468) bearing the name Byaruhanga Moses, with the rank of Senior Traffic Sergeant (STSJ), issued in 2016. Additionally, a National ID in the name of Kachingwa Moses was recovered.

The bodies of the three deceased individuals have been conveyed to Mulago City Mortuary.

Kawala says that the joint security team had been trailing the alleged robbers from Kasenge, where they were reportedly following a businesswoman.
