Police are hunting for unknown assailants who hacked a man to death in Rwamata B village in Mpasana sub-county, Kakumiro district, and disappeared with his left arm.
The deceased has been identified as 60-year-old Didas Tumwiine.
Preliminary information indicates that the assailants raided the deceased’s home around 11:30 pm on Monday night and hacked him severally on the head, neck, and hands killing him instantly.
Tumwiine was living alone in his house.
