Father arrested for aggravated defilement of his twin daughters

The Police in Kamuli have arrested a 33 year old father for allegedly defiling his 12 year old twin daughters. The suspect has been identified as
Kadhumbula Ali, a resident of Kawolera zone, Ndalike parish, Namwendwa sub county in Kamuli District.

According to ASP Michael Kasdha the PRO Busofa Nortb Region, it is alleged that between the months of September and November 2023, Kadhumbula sexually abused his two children on several occasions at his matrimonial home, on advice by a yet to be identified native doctor that it would be the precondition to accumulating wealth.

The suspect is reported to have separated with his wife in 2021 and the children have been in his custody.

A case file of Aggravated Defilement vide Namwendwa 073/2023, was opened, and further inquiries are going on.

Kasadha commended the local leadership of Namwendwa sub county for their efforts towards getting justice for the two minors.
